Offline Version of SYFPEITHI

There is now an offline Version of the SYFPEITHI database and epitope prediction availaible for use on your personal computer or your intranet. It offers the same features as SYFPEITHI website but is considerably faster and you don't have to transmit data via the net. There is also a batch processing feature if you want to analyse huge amounts of data consecutively. Revenues are used to improve the online and offline version of SYFPEITHI

Technical requirements:

• Client programms are runing on Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows 98, or 95.
• Server programm (not needed when only running on a single PC) is running on Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT, or Linux

• 1-PC license/year with annual updates: 3,000 Euros
• 5-PC license/year with annual updates: 8.800 Euros.

This proposol includes binary files, source code is not provided. Any Redistribution of data or software is not allowed.Shipment of software and updates will be provided per ftp.
